Customer Support does not know their prduct very well. I purchased this unit for a 2006 Ford F150. They advertised this unit to fit this model truck. However, when I received the unit I noticed the GPS antenna was only 6’9″ long. This is not long enough to hide the antenna wire and reach the head unit. I contacted their customer support asking if they had a longer cable GPS antenna. Their response was the unit comes with a 15 foot cable which is incorrect. I replied back and informed them that it does not come with a 15 foot cable. Their only response was they had a “run” on the 15 foot cables and now the unit only comes with a shorter cable. The customer rep stated his unit came with a 15 foot cable. Now I am stuck with this head unit and will have to order a longer cable to make it work. If Boss is going to advertise a unit to fit a specific vehicle and year model then it should be as so.

Very pleased overall For the price it’s a very good unit. Gps loads a little slow but it prompts you early and has lane assist.

Poor product, even poorer customer service Frequent problems with the software freezing. Maps are severely outdated and you must purchase updates. Aux input broke after using 3 or 4 times and fell down into the unit itself, so the only way to retrieve it would be to uninstall and open up the entire unit. I’ve contacted customer support a few times and no one answers the phone. I’ve left two detailed messages and have not received any callback (it’s been over a month now). Will not purchase anything from Boss again.
